Not necessarily, just PM2. Heheh...<br><br>Lemme just explain: Koops is a depressed, low self-esteemed Koopa. He, when you are doing professional fighting in the game is described as The Merciless Executer (actually, all partners are but let's assume it's just Koops).<br><br>He just doesn't fit that profile.
