MEHTUL never truly dies. You'll always be a part of us. Goodbye Dimebag. \m/

Transaydor: The shooter was shot and killed after he managed to get off about five shots. Yes, it's a tragic loss. Lots of Pantera shirts at school today.

Nothing quite like it.

Give the shooter nothing less than life in prison.

IMO Life in prison is the best punishment for murder, now that we have the capability for it. The only reason the Bible prescribed death was prison terms over a few weeks were totally impractical in Ancient times.

However, I would like to note that there are few "truely" cold blooded murders. There is always a motive, no matter how twisted it is. The most cold blooded murder I've heard of is the motive being experimentation or recreation. This is usually a case of a servere narcisism complex, which is a usually uncurable mental illness, and not usually considered criminal insanity, as the person knows what they are doing, and thus are only psychotic, and not completely insane. This particular mental illness is nearly untreatable, and little is understood about it, other than the fact that it is from a commbination of genetic sensitivity factors, and emotional environmental triggers.

I pitty these people, and mearly wish for society to be kept safe from them, AND visa versa, as they have already somehow lost their humanity, usually due to a past, the worst punishment possible, and regaining that humanity will involve their punishment if they don't die of old age first, as such a gain involves great emotional loss, far worse than I could even comprehend, and I have felt far more severe emotional loss than most people could immagine.
