*edit* the trikes and buildings (including Jolibee) and accent of the dude speaking confirm

I used to be driven around on trikes like that and I remember seeing places like those at the end of the clip, while I didn't know the people I can say that the Philippines does look a lot like that (city next to really poor shacks) but I haven't been back for over ten yearsss
