GameGear, though a good system, is not a popular one. Especially since the Sonic series started on the Genesis, and the MS/GG games were secondary.

speaking of gamegears, I think I'm going to sell mine it's just so bulky, I'll never even take it anywhere. And six batteries is just way too much.

Speaking of Tails, they need to find a better voice actor for him. I know he's only 8, but from Sonic Hero's on his voice has made my eardrums hurt. I already hear enough 12 year olds who sound like 6 year olds in about every online FPS I play.

As for the whole Project Needlemouse deal, if I had a dime every time I read the phrase "returning Sonic to his 2D roots," I'd...... Have a bunch of dimes. And then be depressed because I look like an idiot putting dime after dime into the snack machine.

I think Tails was 8 at one point but now he's 12, although in the one cartoon he's 4. For some reason Sonic seems to be the same age at all times. I guess he is stuck in a time warp or something.

That won't happen. Those characters weren't invented by Sega and probably are not known to the Japanese audience.

Actually, Sonic Spinball did contain VERY VERY VERY brief cameos of the cartoon/comic characters (in one of the bonus levels, you release them from prison pods). But it was total blink-and-you-miss-it... I don't think there will be a Sally the Not Hedgehog game. Which is a shame. Because you know it would be rated AO.

meh, personally I feel like even new 3D-rendered graphics are lame if they're going to say it's the continuation after the Genesis Sonic 3/Knuckles. They don't have to be complete replicas from 20 years ago, just... look like they could fit on the same console haha
