It could undermine your legal position if it ever went to court as schlee could now bring this up as evidence as to why schlee's ignoring your requests.

It won't go to court. I can't afford that. The day after the deadline I'll just file a complaint with PayPal and see what happens.

I just wish DCS would take this situation more seriously. At this point, she should refund half my money in addition to sending me the artwork. But I'd settle for just the artwork. I really hope it all ends well.

In my experience with Paypal complains I found Paypal to be very fair in giving me my money back.

Funny story on the subject of internet complaints. Long ago when I was in high school a friend made a forum for people he knew. It was fun but he is a douchebag and shut it down for no reason. A couple years later a differant friend made himself a forum for people from the last forum and anybody else who happened to come along.

My friend and the people from the original forum were in college at this time but some people in high school also joined, including my future fiance although at the time I had no idea who she was in real life and barely acknoweledged her existence on the internet.

A thread was made about a senior class prank. The prank was to cover the principal's car in body hair. Oh what a silly idea. More prank ideas, each crazier then the last were posted including putting manure on the principal's desk, going to hug a teacher but instead stabbing him in the kidneys with a switchblade (my idea) and painting a mural on the walls of the school of the principal being sodomized by the spanish teacher who would be wearing a Darth Vader mask.

The thread dies, a year passes. I find out from my dad, who is also the school board president, that the principal not only knows about our forum but is upset about the threats to damage his property. I say to him "Huh?" and it turns out the principal is taking our talk of school pranks as a serious threat against his truck. He ingored the fact that most of the thread involved pranks that would be impossible or involve murder. Ignored the fact that everybody in that thread had now graduated. He was sure shit was going to go down and was considering calling the police about it.


So take that story as a warning. Threats on the internet are serious business and you will get into trouble unless you find out that you are about to get in trouble and use your administrator privelages to change all the posts containing threats to be poitivemessages about how much you love the guy you were threatening. It also helps if your dad calls the person an idiot and makes him feel too silly to actually call the police.

BTW, I'll be sending DCS e-mails to all of her addresses on the 9th. As always it'll have what I want and will also inform her that one month from the 9th I'll be filing a complaint with PayPal. I'll also post another message on her DA account but lately she only responds if you disagree with something she said.
