This is a short cartoon called "Peace On Earth" and it was made in 1939, just before Hitler invaded Poland and drew Europe into WW2.

It's set in a post apocalyptic world run by animals, where the last humans have all killed each other.

I think everyone needs to watch this personally.

Except for the "animals rebuilding society after being mutated smart by radiation" part, this video is totally believable.
