Perhaps I should ammend my statemnt, I did not mean to include the older material, simply because that stuff was made by different people. I was referring to the stuff from the 90s on, which was made for the ADD driven society who need instant satisfaction.

I think the issue is now resolved, btw. He is now talking about "meeting in 3 to 5 years from now". And I just said "sure, if I I'm ready to meet then." I am assuming we will both forget by then!

Somehow I don't see this guy forgetting after three to five years. I get the picture of a guy in a low lit room with printouts of all your messages and such tacked on the walls. May have even made the whole shrine-out-of-old-junk routine as well. In all seriousness though I hope this has passed and we can move on though I was getting real interested in the cartoon character discussion.
