My avatar's a cropped screenshot of Spectreblade, my main character in City of Heroes, which I have been playing since shortly after its launch three and a half years ago. He's the first of many characters I've made in my years of playing the game.

Octan drew mine on commission. Octan, will you please stand up for applause?

I didn't give him many specifications -- just a flying fox of this coloration (didn't mention the hair) -- but the result fit me anyway. Oh, and after a preliminary drawing, he asked me for the book title.

I've considered temporary replacement avatars and rejected them. This is best.

What's with all the Marty avatars?!? Yeebish...

Mine is a larger version of this pic. A while back, I asked several people to help me come up with an avatar based off my fanfiction alter-ego, the Gamemaster of Arcadia. A user named Calypso, a regular on NetRaptor's forum, came up with the design you see. Her design was actually better than what I had originally envisioned for my character. In fact, I decided to make it the official look from then on.

For the record...yes, that is a pair of glasses in his hand.

Mine is Donnie the Silray screaming at the sight of all the Marty avatars. He is my avatar, not fursona XD. If anything he is the embodiment of what I WANT, not who I AM. He is what I want... put to the extreme XD.

My avatar is a shot of the only Christmas scene I am aware of in Stargate, from SG-1 10x20 (the final episode, occurs during a montage).

I'm going to replace it with something from tonight's episode after I... acquire it.
