I know! Let's declare an Avatar Change Day! The day when everyone changes their avatars. Although, it would have to be planned and annouced far enough ahead of time for people to get a chance to make/get a new one...

You may want to try making your avatar larger so that it is easier to tell what it is. Keep in mind that this board allows a maximum avatar size of 125x125 pixels.

EDIT: I decided to go ahead and change my Avatar. 3 grams of sanity to whomever can guess who it is.

Oh dear. Have I set the wheels of change in motion too soon? I have triggered chaos itself, and the earth shall split and swallow my soul.

Meh, I wasn't using it anyways.

1) I tried the header approach, of course. It didn't work.
2) I always use PNGs.
3) Artifacts? Huh? Those are for JPegs...

Look: http://members.lycos.co.uk/snerucs/imag ... /a>
See? It works when you view it directly, but when you link to it as an image (it won't let me, it says no dynamic images =(( ), it won't load, and Firefox says that it loads as text/html

(http://members.lycos.co.uk/snerucs/imag ... 8&m=JPEG/6 is pretty neat too)
