I've never heard of anyone doing that.

I once knew someone who wouldn't eat pasta with sauce and put ketchup on it... But still seems rather disgusting. The salsa, not so much so. I really don't care for KD and prefer Annie's when I have my mac & cheese, but thats rather pricer, and it would be a sin to cover it with ketchup.

Never heard of it, either. But this does remind me of an old joke:

Q: What's black and white and red all over?

A: Burnt toast and cream cheese and ketchup!
You win the worst joke ever award.
My dad often tells a far worse joke.

Q: What do Mickey Mouse and Santa Claus have in common?
A: They both have long white beards, except for Mickey.

I don't do this personally, but I know people who do. I do put chili in my KD however...

"If I had a million dollars, we wouldn't have to eat Kraft Dinner. But we would eat Kraft Dinner, we'd eat more. And buy really expensive ketchups with it."

You're both quite right. Well, I do have some cousins who are outright nutters, but for the most part we all kick ass.

<Ariakas> What's white, black, and red all over and has difficulty passing through a revolving door?
<Dolands> A nun with a spear through her head!

Everyone who's never tried poutine are always like "eeew, I hate poutine". Also I wouldn't expect you americans to understand the almost lustful draw of this dish.
