I agree with Bocaj, the lack of a massive armada fight at the end left me feeling hollow inside...that was a dissapointment.

Also, was it me or did Shipwreck Cove seem really stupdily built?

And I would have liked some explanation as to why both Barborossa and Jack were Pirate lords even though they only had one ship between them.
They were captains of the Black Pearl which is the second best ship in the seas since they say it's the only one that can keep up with the Flying Dutchman. Maybe they were just minor pirate lords, but their colourful characters make them more appealing.
Oh, and it's Barbossa, not Barbarossa.

I just checked on Wikipedia. Apparently all the pirate lords have specific seas and oceas they're lords of. Barbossa is of the Caspian (seems like he got the worst of the lot) and Sparrow's of the Caribbean.

It's made of shipwrecks trying to enter the crater apparently, that's why. Kind of implausable I admit.

I just saw it this evening. My friends and I thought it was really good. Not on par with the first of course, but a lot better then the second one. I really don't have any big complaints. Personally I didn't find it confusing or hard to follow. You just have to pay attention. It was a tad disapointing to not see the Armada fight at the end, but with everything else that happened it really wasn't needed.

When they first showed it from far off and were pulling the camera around and in, I leaned over to my friend and said "it looks like a Christmas tree."
