http://www.danstheman.com/Jenny.htm ... >Basically, a guy, apparently named Dan, dialed EVERY 867-5309 phone number for EVERY area code in Canada and the U.S. There are some pretty funny ones on there.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

That 678 one was quite serendipitous.

I kinda like it when works of fiction include phone numbers that don't have 555 (or in the Simpsons' case, KL5) in them, but sometimes it does cause trouble. Did you hear about the woman who kept getting calls for God after Bruce Almighty?

well, as i realize all outgoing phone calls are logged and sent to us with the phone bill, i think ill just scrounge some quarters and find a pay phone somwehere. But dont let me stop you from calling yourself

It should work anywhere in the world, that's why they're called toll-free. The caller doesn't pay for the call under any circumstances, the receiver always foots the bill
