Near as I can make out, someone thinks that some comics aren't funny, so they want to make a funny webcomic, that's the same as the ones the person doesn't like, but with animals, so that it can be ironic?

...

At least, that's what I *think* the issue is. Maybe.

The comics he did weren't funny really.
Better than his example of a bad comic yes but I wouldn't call it syndicate quality either. It looks really bad when your borders aren't done with a ruler and there are words missing ("If you tell anybody what I'm doing, the police would never find your body") in the dialogue.
Also bad grammar... should be "will never" and no comma, a semicolon maybe but not a comma.
