I don't draw that often, but...

A place for any sort of art you have done.

Great job on the colored and uncolored pictures. I'm almost motivated to draw. Almost.

Woah, Thats one Hawt Millie looking vixen. X_X
? Pic I got was of a lovely lady's sun-bronzed torso.
I believe that Chris was referring to the drawing, not the more recently linked photo.

Either way, I don't see much resemblance. It's a good drawing indeed, but I don't really see it as being all that Millie-ish.

Did this yesterday. Just so everybody knows, it's a guitar pickguard.

Coloured.

And finished product on the guitar.

And before someone says my design is upside down, I'm a lefty and and play a right handed guitar upside down. 8)

That's awesome VWF. I like your style as well as the detail, especially on that guard.

Thanks for compliments guys.

I few people here seem to enjoy my drawings, so I have been toying with the idea of posting my art on either FA or DA (or maybe both?). I have accounts for both but I've never posted anything there.

Wish I could do something like that with my guitar.

But, it's an electric.

Good to see I'm not the only one who plays guitar like that. 8) What I did was rip the old pickguard off first, then scan it in, and use it as a reference for size. I then went ahead and mirrored the design, and printed it out on transparent film. Because most printers can't print white, I needed to make the pickguard white, so then stuck a sheet of white sticker paper on the pickguard, and cut around it to match the shape of the pickguard exactly. I then did the same with a sheet of transparent double sided tape. And lastly, I carefully positioned the design (the printed on side down, so the ink is protected and doesn't come off from accidentally hitting it with a pick or a fingernail, it is supposed to be a pickguard after all. 8) That's why the design was printed inversed earlier. ) and then just slap the pickguard onto the guitar and your done! 8)
