Well once you know some of the basic features it becomes mostly straight forward and progressive. His head started out as a 12 sided sphere and a 12 sided cylinder basic objects and I just kept merging pieces, added the nose, made the eye holes, ect. Its a bit like sculpting though mostly by mouse and individual objects. Though the head still took me several days to make. Thanks for the comment
That explains the unusually high amount of polygons. Take a look inside the model; you might seriously need to clean up the inside.

There are only a couple loose polygons where the head meets the hair. Otherwise the mesh is perfect. The reason where there might be loose ones there is that I removed the polygons after I finished everything. Its nothing big.

That is good Donnie! The white tail fur look weird is the only bad thing I say, but you know that. Bad polygons! Go to your polyroms right now! I'm telling your polymoms as soon as she gets back.
*is now poly-gon after all the bad puns*

Looks like he must eat, too. That's a skinny waist.

I like the shading.

Thanks. unfortunately I was making a new cool pose and then the program crashed. I have 40 backups fortunately of the model so no probs.

EDIT: Something I drew on the school PCs. Their Tablet Monitors rock. The sword is a place holder till I actually draw it.

Madness?
...
THIS - IS - AWESOME!

Anyways, the picture looks cool, but the sword it out of place... If you had gone over that in Flash or something to fit the style of the rest of the piece it would probably look better.

Also, is it me or are his hands a little small?

O.o, oh my I picked a bad angle XD. No he didn't impale himself, he is just doing a typical samurai sheathed attack where he unsheathes the weapon, strikes, and sheathes in one smooth stroke.
