Also, can we make a NOT guess, but an affirmative "we know who it is" because you put the name right in the picture filename?

Even without reading the filename, the hat and shoes are a big clue. Add the bow, and it's a dead giveaway.

I know the guy's name. It's Brian Bolten. I knew he was still alive from the start (imdb.com)

I kinda want to know more about the guy who voiced Tramp in Lady and the Tramp and did nothing else listed on IMDb. But until you get an interview with him, I'll settle for this.
