Yeah, finally got something scanned in - figured I'd give the O&M style a shot, spent a few minutes sketching out a something here that's not too crap.

Ozy is decent, from one of the recent strip panels, Millie I was figuring out what made her structure different from Ozy's - I drew her way too damn skinny, messed up her legs, hair and ears, and is overall, meh.

Hopefully I'll do her better on my second attempt. This Ozy I'm kinda satsified with I guess, even though I got the proportions of his face all wrong, muzzle too short, body too fat, chest all poofy, arm too skinny, jacket all just wrong, ears all weirdly tilted forward... hreh.

So, whaddya think?

Should I continue posting crappy sketches like this? For a first go at the 'DCS style" I guess it's decent, it'll probably get better over time, though by that random girl in the corner there, you can see I'm trying to learn to sketch out other stuff too.

Win or fail?

Woo! ThanksAsterikboy86, and annonymous voters! (Execpt for you, bastardly 'fail' voter)

Any requests for how I should draw O&M next? I'm probably going to draw them from strips/panels; anything anyone would like to see in my craptastic sketchyness?

For a first try, it's okay.
If you put peanutbutter anywhere on your body, I'll lick it off...

ANYWHERE.

My FA... nothing's on it right now, so there's no point to click it.

YES YOU MUST

Because your drawings never fail!

As for Mr. B's... FAIL

just kidding, I think the Ozy one looks almost official. I agree with you on the millie thing, though... The body is too big I think. Hair doesn't stick out back, hangs more towards her neck

It's awesome though, that's for future reference.
For a first try, it's okay.
just okay?

Those are good for a first try actually. Also, If you think your first try is bad. Take a look at this :

See how lame my first try is? I know its crap but it didn't stop me from drawing O&M to the point that i draw Millie almost like the official Millie of DCS.

I say you win, B. We've known each other for a while, and you said you wished you could draw. Your Millie sketch isn't bad nor good, but neutral.

And i agree with Chris. Just keep trying. You'll get it.

Oh this is a win ^-^ I think it's a nice start.

Was that girl at the top inspired by "Count Your Sheep?" She looks very similar to one of the characters.

Wow, thanks for all the awesome comments! I'm not worthy!

Heh,you've inspired me to make a second attempt.

Ozy this time, heh, his nakedness made me a lil embarassed, so I tried to dress him up a bit, not too sure how that worked out. :-P

Oh, and sorry about the size, I dunno how to resize this.

Yup, that's where she's from! She's from one of the "Back in Time: Young Laurie" strips - I've been sketching from a ton of webcomics lately - the CYS swooshy hair is fun to draw, heh.
