Is Jeremy her owner, or a dog we haven't seen yet?
Her owner. Octan likened it to a gender reversal of Brian and Lois on "Family Guy," tho less risque. Jeremy doesn't love Mandy back. Not like that, anyway.

Well what amber said is true. I always see my work as being low unless it is truly THAT good. For instance I made a walking animation for a mod, that animation was soooo good that I couldn't stop staring at it over and over again. Unless you get that feeling in your own artwork you may never feel 100% accomplished hence why artists feel unsatisfied and not proud.

Early attempt at a short storyline.

For the record, I have gotten that "so good I have to keep looking at it again" feeling several times. So I know when some of my work isn't up to par with the rest of it.

*GASP* Can you even use that word? How do you feel about using it?

"Bitch" is not a bad word when used in that context. Although...

Bart: [Santa's Little Helper] doesn't want to play with me anymore, and all because his bitch moved in.
Marge: Bart! Don't ever use that word again!
Bart: Well, that's what she is. I looked it up.
Marge: Well, i'd better write those people at the dictionary a letter. It seems like a mistake.

After all, she's a female dog-she *is* one.

You've got to wonder why the word for a female dog is considered vulgar when 'mare,' 'hen,' 'sow,' 'cow,' and 'dam' aren't.

Cameron is awesome because:
-Because he has an artistic style that is both complex and minimalist. This is profound!
-He once drew me as a roadrunner. It was an actual honest to god feral roadrunner, but a roadrunner nonetheless!
-He lives in Idaho among the wilderness and stuff and I envy him for that. 3:
-He is probably one of the most personable artists on here.
-I think he's the only one of us on here who drew a fanart that made it as a guest strip on O&M. This is an accomplishment!

Nice Octan, seriously dude. When you gonna get these things on their own site?

Personally, I don't find "bitch" a rude word unless it's directed at a female. Like, "man, that's a bitch" is cool, but "Oi, your a bitch" is well out of order.

The site is up-and-coming, pending getting the server ready to accommodate it. Failing that, I'll just ask Felix to set it up on his server, as he has specifically made the offer.

And here's one more. It seems the ideas just keep coming so it's safe to say I'll be able to keep it running for quite some time.

Question for anyone who might know. I started drawing a comic where Jeremy comes home from work, and Mandy starts cuddling up to him and everything, and he's like, "My, you're affectionate tonight" and she says "You smell like McDonald's." But then I thought I remembered a "Garfield" strip that was a lot like that. For lack of willingness to read through 29 whole years of archives, does anyone here immediately remember such a strip?

I think I have a neuron firing off in the back of my brain about it...

But replace the word McDonalds with Lasagna...

And...Ill see if I can find the exact strip...but im not making any promises.

Whether or not an analogous punchline appeared in "Garfield," it feels awfully familiar. I'd advise against it. At the very least, I'd suggest changing "McDonald's" to a restaurant mentioned less often.

Well, I might change it to Arby's; I'm more of an Arby's guy myself.

Also, Mandy does current events. Sorta.
