I look at Celsius as more of a weather indicator.
Sure, 0 degrees isn't necessarily cold, but what's more important to me is that it tells me what the weather will be like. If above zero, I know the ice will be slushy, roads will be wet, and it there is any precipitation, it'll be rain. And if the temperature is under 0, I know that all that slush will freeze again, the wet roads will be icy...etc.
Although I think in Celsius for temperature, I still tend to use feet, and then kilometres, but I frequently call them miles anyway. It's confusing.

Remember that "mile" came from the French for "thousand"...:I look at Celsius as more of a weather indicator.

Why are we talking about temperatures/distances?
If you put peanutbutter anywhere on your body, I'll lick it off...

I didn't want to make a new thread for this remark.
Why is it that any time I'm drawing anthropomorphic characters, if someone sees me they say, "Why are you drawing f**king cats?"
When clearly MOST of my drawings are Canine!?
I mean, asking why animals I could understand, but why do they ask me why I'm drawing cats? Do my drawings look Feline?

I think the problem is that in some styles of furry art when these animals are given anthropomorphic qualities , some of their original distinctness is lost. To the untrained eye, some species can look somewhat similar. I think it really depends on who's drawing it and who's looking at it.
After all, I've seen some people call Ozy a wolf.

"Like a post modern Peanuts with cat eared girls...kinda"
The more stylized a picture becomes, the more it differs from the original subject. Now, obviously your art is very stylized, and because of that, many of the distinguishing features of the species you draw are altered.
Maybe find some features, like the muzzle, and make them more distinctly canid.Z

I find that in the Jack comic I can rarely tell what species something is.I think the problem is that in some styles of furry art when these animals are given anthropomorphic qualities , some of their original distinctness is lost. I'm with K on this one, the muzzle is often a good sign of what something is, and your style doesn't really have dog-like muzzles. Not that I'm saying you should change, it's just that they don't look very canine to me.
