I just got Prehistrionics and The Big Book of Ancient, Semi-Coherent Wisdom, I'm currently reading the latter, and Broadway, by The Goo Goo Dolls is booming out of the speakers.

I was bored, so I got out the old pencil and calligraphy pen.

the black splotches on the right are from the pen, I have to remove some of the ink from the nib before I draw with it otherwise the lines are too thick, lol.

I try to use a calligraphy pen to ink most times.

it's a lot of fun to use, I just need a smaller nib (or paper than doesn't bleed)

Well nowadays I use a 1.0 and 0.5 Staedtler pigment liner. It seems to do a good job at keeping consistent lines and ease to use but a steap price. I think I spent 3 dollars on each!

oy. I like my $0.40 thing of ink that I buy for my pen, I can afford that more often.

but I might have to look into getting a set of those pens
