You know what's freakin' wierd? Today I showed everyone my comic and they said the exact same thing! A lot of people first stated that Roger and Reggie were kissing in the last panel.

I guess I'll explain what I meant. Chris was right, there is an O&M reference. Those backrounds are some of the most common used in O&M. I got bored and decided to experiment with backround looks using some of Simpson's designs. Go ahead. Look at an old O&M strip. Odds are you may find one of those backrounds.

those shadings are very common in comics in general, though. it would be like the fact that someone used "wait, what?" in a comic strip, and actually gave credit for the phrase to DCS as a catch-phrase for Ozy, even though DCS admitted he had stolen it from The Simpsons, which in turn OBVIOUSLY wasn't the origination of the phrase in the context it was being used.

don't try to come up with an original background (mainly because no one cares about backgrounds being original but also because, it won't actually be original) and instead focus on having a background that simply looks good. If you think it looks good, go with it brother.

Anyway here's a new comic.

This one shows two backrounds designed by me (1st and 3rd panel).

I did this comic because on Thursday I had nothing but final exams so I kind of put all my stress in here. One of the final exams was to write a composition on Do you need other people to determine your own personlality? So I guess that's what Roger's typing.
