The picture is Ozy?

Ozy doesn't have a black tail tip does he? I seriously thought it was a girl. I think it's those eyes. Manga eyes can make Batman look girly.

Things in the text below the picture that made me think it was Ozy -
1 - Ozy wearing pants.
2 - Millie saying he has no hat.
3 - Millie talking about a necklace.
4 - Ozy waiting at the airport (with bags).

But apparently I missed that first line Millie says. Or was that edited in later?
