I was doodling and I ended up doing a whole page of angle and body practice. I think I'm getting better. I am annoyed by the fact that I can't seem to be able to make a forward angle recognizable as the same character in another angle.

2. Here is what I ment by the angles. both of these are my fursona, Kelix. Do the faces look too different?

The turned faces do, but it is hard to draw things at an angle. you dida good job.

first off, I've never really done much serious drawing before. Secondly, no, this is not Balto (though it does share in some very similar and downright spooky characteristics with Balto)

It's just practice dude. Keep looking at how others do things and copy the way they do. No one really cares if you steal ideas and techniques, as long as you don't plagerise.
