Ahh, I guessed that this was going to happen as soon as I read the second panel. And in the first, Millie did have an idea of to do, despite what she said.

EDIT: Wait a sec... Year of the rat? I'm guessing that Millie's going to stop after the tail fur is gone.

Yes, Ozy, she could have told you what it was. And you could have asked. :roll: Of course, it's one boring relative who gives a ten-year-old an extension cord for Christmas.

EDIT: I just noticed the strip's title. Been a while since the last clever one! And just think -- this will be the first Year of the Rat ever in O&M's existence. DCS may have been looking forward to this for a long time. But the Chinese New Year doesn't come until February 7 this year.

Wahaha, caught me off guard with the extention-cord.

And Ozy really does look like a rat once he's been shaved. Millie is enjoying herself far too much in that last panel. :-P

Already?! Oh dear...
I think this is a record for fatest showing of the hair curse. Usually, it shows in summer, and his "anti-curse" (thick coat) shows in winter. (See strips involving sticking things in his coat, including a piano.)

gforce422 is awesome because:
-He made the absolute nicest comments about me in the other topic. I didn't respond to them yet, because I suck, but they are greatly appreciated! =D
-I would say he would also be a good runner up as one of the nicest people alive.
-He joined the IRC sometimes. But not enough, I say! Chat moar =D
-He is evidently only 18 year old but he could easily pass for 25. =D
-He is a drummer like *I* am and this in itself is cool.

Not just the fact that he's getting a rat tail, but the fact that he DID agree to help her test out her Christmas gift; not the first time he's played "lab rat" to her, both in the main comic strip and in a cute poetry sequence found in Book IV: Authentic Banana Dye, as well as Zen Again.
