Well, it's been a while since we've seen her. Then again, she's not exactly part of the main cast, so you can't really count on it. Then again, it's not entirely impossible either.

I think I attended all the field trips that I either wanted or needed to attend. I never forged a signature and I don't remember forgetting one. Of course, I could be forgetting that I forgot.
