If I were to be annoyingly literalist I would point out that the strip is in black and white and thus we have no idea if Ozy actually coloured it or not.

Ozy clearly colored the book by not coloring it. Also XD on Millie's expression at the end -- that's a pretty rare one for her.

and... it's "What's" for "What is".
Not a bad coloring, except for the excess words, and a couple of the colors are a bit off (Millie's coat is yellow, sky is a bit discolored imo, grass/trees should have a little more color variation).
