Confidentiality Waffles

I was a bit disappointed by this ending, and particularly the fact that Llewellyn doesn't respect the freedom of the press.

It sort of shocked me. It does not seem very Llewellynish to resort to PETTY THEFT OF VIDEO EQUIPMENT. (He took the whole camera, not just the tape.)

Heh, it might not be over yet!

And it's totally in character - he *is* a dragon, after all; not to mention that Isolde's school project has nothing to do with 'the press'; right to privacy is at least as important as press freedom.. :-P

In just about every circumstance it's more important in my book.

Hey, don't forget that Llewellyn can't just have hours of footage about Greater Llewellynlland's head of state + family being exported to it's somewhat-hostile neighbour country the United States. National security and all that :-P

Maybe he owns it, or bought it for Isolde?

This is one of those rare times that I feel sorry for Isolde. It's bad enough that she's needed remedial courses; now she has to make do with this. She puts a sincere effort into her (insincere) tasks, but she still underachieves. Kinda like Avery.

Maybe this is arc where Greater Llewellynland"s bureau of investigation is formed.

She didn't put up much of a fight, did she?

Hey, I'd confiscate the tape too. I hate it when people try to probe into other's lives without permission. I think a free press is very important, but personal issues that have no effect on the public should remain personal.

Aye, Comrade. That's how I feel.

I think she gets the camera back. She does videotape those waffels.

Ozy knew that he was being filmed, and made no attempts to stop it. That's not exactly without permission.

Heh, Ozy also lets Jeremy bully him and Millie shave him on a regular basis. He's weak-willed, in that respect, do anything to him, and no matter his true feelings, he'll play along with it, even if he doesn't like it or want to.

Or wishy-washy like Charlie Brown.
