http://www.ozyandmillie.org/2004/om2004 ... r>
I suppose I think responsibility is one of life's great overrated accomplishments. Really, who wants to be in charge? It always means a lot of boring busywork, and it invariably means bad things happen and you get blamed for them. (Hm, maybe this just means that I personally should never be allowed to be in charge of anything.)

Locke's disappointment, then, is my own. And Llewellyn, who sometimes seems not to be that aware of what's really going on, at times like this demonstrates that he actually knows what everyone else is going to do before they do it. His understanding and confidence allow him to nonchalantly water the bushes in an apron (I'm not sure why an apron) while Locke falls on his own sword. I know that's not exactly the right metaphor, but the right metaphor would probably involve a septic tank, and therefore be really gross.

This one's great

The last panel is perfect. I guess 10-year-old pirate captains aren't too well educated, since he can barely spell. It's not like he can go to school.

if Llewellyn knows what people are going to do before they do it, does that mean he's psychic?

No, people are just predictible. Being the observant type, I'm a bit like Llewellyn in that sense myself sometimes.

Especially considering Lewellyn's age, ofcourse.

Small problem: If your family was dragons, they'd live just as long as you would.

It's such a superb display of Llewellyn's and Locke's personalities. A classic.

I don't really understand why you'd want to live so long, sure you'd get to see so much technology and stuff and you'd have so many stories to tell but you'd also have the downside that makes you wanna kill yourself.
