Love Millie's innocent belief that her schemes will actually work.

Points for trying.

Great strip. I'm surprised she didn't force Ozy and Stephan to do the whole "three ghosts of Christmas" thing with her

Curses. Ms. Mudd saw through Millie's clever disguise...

Unfortunately, Millie got the reference WRONG! It was Jacob Marley that appeared in chains to Scrooge. The Ghost of Christmas Present was a big bearded man that appeared on a throne near what apeared to be a veritable treasure of good food and drink.
But, then again, this IS Millie we're talking about. She probably thought Marley was the scariest of the lot and went with it.

Or she just doesn't know any better.

Hee hee I really like this one. I remember making construction paper chains in elementary school to decorate the classroom with.
[Edit: Millie doesn't say PRESENT as in time, she says PRESENTS as in stuff she wants to get.

Most people would be angry to be woken up in the middle of the night to deal with that.

Personally speaking, I don't care who woke me up, I'm going to be angry at them for interrupting a good nights sleep. Or even a bad one.
