I think people tend to see someone who doesn't believe in anything as someone who does things for no reason. That is what scares them.

I agree with Ozy here. This is the season to believe in peace.

Wow. That's a little sad really. Millie's last line. I feel kinda bad for her. I don't think there's really much more that can be said.

Well after Millie's attempts to find and/or manipulate religion and after her introduction to volcano religion I guess she's feeling a bit burned. :wag:

Heh, one of the few times Ozy has a good influence on Millie, and that earns classic points FTW :wag:

Millie's comment about believing in peace being believing in something you can't see (that was very clever, by the way!) reminds me of a quote from the movie Secondhand Lions:

"Sometimes the things that may or may not be true are the things a man needs to believe in the most. That people are basically good; that honor, courage, and virtue mean everything; that power and money, money and power mean nothing; that good always triumphs over evil; and that love... true love never dies. You see, a man should believe in those things, because those are the things worth believing in."

Reminds me of "Intangibles, Inc." A classic story.

reminds me of a quote from the movie Secondhand Lions:
Second hand lions is an awesome movie. Everyone believes in something, just cause it's not religion doesn't mean you don't believe in anything. People killing each other over beliefs doesn't necessarily mean that the belief is bad, it means the person needs to stop taking the belief to that level or stop using the religion or belief as an excuse to get what they want.
