I'm glad that DCS saw the opportunity to silhouette Millie covered in (randomly-applied) cotton balls and took it. It would have been a shame if that went to waste.

Clouds seem to get by just fine though. Seems I've heard about something called a "cotton Ball Storm", I wonder if millie is related to such a phenomenon...
