Like she said, it's because she always is the one doing bad decisions on Ozy and therefore he's always the one learning from them (of course, he already knew the knowledge: Millie is a loon). She wanted to be the one on the recieving end this time.I'm wondering why Millie did it in the first place
I doubt this will work since she's doing it willingly. Ozy only does things partially willingly because he puts up with millie and then while he's serenely distracted she gets him. Now, if Ozy had done something to her she really didn't want him to do, then she would learn. Like, maybe if he just cut the rope and she fell on her head
