Ozy looks pensive from the second panel. Surely she hadn't yet told him anything he didn't already know.... Oh, but he was rightly anticipating that she would launch into details. OK, fright justified. Certainly Isolde scares me more than any other O&M character does.

I've noticed Ozy always looks apprehensive when he has been shaved. Maybe he has permanent stress lines.

Hey, I've just learnt that capitol isn't spelt capital.
EDIT: Okay, I've been trying to put my old avatar back since put the new one + 5 minutes. It was just to show it to Niko. Everytime I change it back, it doesn't work, could someone tell me what's going on?

He should get some depillatory cream to lose the stubble or rogaine, to grow it back.

Well...
The term for a town or city that serves as a seat of government is spelled capital. The term for the building in which a legislative assembly meets is spelled capitol.
Ozy's specific reference is to the building, on the steps of which Millie was recently agitating. I am insisting this is true even though really I just forgot which word was which.

Lissou: Maybe your old avatar is not permitted under the new forum's coded rules? (Avatars are usually only checked when changed, so if it caried over from the old forum it wouldn't have been checked for validity.)

Oh, okay

When I asked Ian (Manufacturing Dissent from I Read This) he told me "capital" was for the money. I did remember something about capitol being a building, but I thought it was in Italy... So yeah, I mixed things up.
Anyway, thanks for the explanation.
