Don't they know they should never trifle with a dragon before he's had his coffee?

At least it looks like it's early in the morning and Llewellyn looks kind of groggy like he hasn't had his coffee or something. Also it said that he rubbed his dragon eyes, which might mean that he rubbed the sleepies out of his eyes which is what people do in the morning and.....yeah.

It's much like the "Far Side" snakes reading newspapers. Part of the fun is in wondering how they hold up.

I never realized how unflattering he looked with only his shirt and tie.

The tie is obviously an extention of his inner cospiritorial non-being manifested in its corporeal form as gossamer slice of cloth.

Perhaps he's hypnotized everyone into *thinking* he's wearing a tie.
I think this si at night rather then in the morning. Therfore Llewellyn is drosey on the other side of awake. Is tie is ssays there because it dosn't try to change it;s suroundings and thus it's suroudnign's don;t change. The tie acepts staying on his shirt and thus does, in other words.
