this really does point out the truth of the matter, though. Weblogging has become about who can complain the best about the worst, or the really actually not-so-bad. Meh, I'll just continue wasting webspace to tell people that I'm not working a lot while sitting at the desk!

It's sad that in my experience, the more depressing and emo something is the more likly it is to get followings. Depressed people like to feel like they're not alone, whereas happy people don't need to.<br><br>The fact that Dashboard Confessional are massivly popular and The Shins are pretty small is a good example.
