Hey Mr. Simpson? If the misuse of punctuation is a cardinal sin, what of 1337-speak?

...and... I apologize for living under a rock, but... what exactly is a "free-speech zone"? I thought we already had free speech?

...By now EVERYONE should know I live under the figurative rock. If you don't, I'll make your next ninja burger late.

...and finish the song. It sounds like it would be funny to hear on the radio, or something.

I only use quotation marks for quotes, and the names of things, like "Dog Soldiers".

But, I am really bad when it comes to knowing where to put apostophies in words. I also always forget "I before E, except after C", as some people will tell you.

Reporters are often barred by local officals from displaying on camera or speaking to protestors within the zone. Protestors who refuse to go to the free speech zone are often arrested and charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. A seldom used federal law making it unlawful to "willfully and knowingly to enter or remain in...any posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area of a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting" has also been invoked.
