It seems to have become more common in O&M not to use dashes or ellipses to signal a sentence interruption, just a change in text size. I like that.

I just noticed that the title is kind of a pun. Cutting remark - sarcastic remark or "cutting" remark because Millie is trying to keep him away from sharp things.
