After a moment of reflection, it makes sense for Felicia to think Timulty cool. I mean, she probably thinks Paris Hilton is cool, right?

Felicia's right for once. Timulty is not only cool, but cute. Definitely my favorite male character. I love how he's helping his brother to be cool.

There was an early series in which Avery became popular with Felicia and her crowd, but because there wasn't a strong foundation for that sense of coolness, it lasted about literally 15 minutes. Maybe less.
