Two strips in a row confirms it: apparently Simpson has changed Millie's hair. I have no idea why he did it, but I noticed it's a lot like the way it looked <a href='http://www.ozyandmillie.org/1998/om19980112.html' target='_blank'>back in 1998</a>.

well, it kinda looks like Ms. Mudd's mouth disappeared for that panel(snout too, just her nose was left...)

naw, it's to show the angle of Ms Mudd's face. A snout would look odd, and the mouth being gone shows confusion.

Five lines of 5, 7, 5, 7 and 7 syllables, usually describing an aspect of water or the ocean.
