Today, I was thinking: (it's ok - you can come out from behind the sofa now) There are some mysteries that need to stay mysteries in O&M, like Ms Mudd's name, and what the J in Ozymandias J Llewellyn stands for.

However, there are also things that it's fun to find out, such as character background information - like this and Millie's Dad.
The end is nigh!

The world is one of order, chaos is but an illusion created by the number of variables.

She's a Goddess now! All hail! /me makes a prayer to Shelly

I wouldn't consider that. I'd say she became a higher life form. One that exists outside this plane of reality.

Shelly's boss has no sense of perfect, only good or bad, since he has no since of reletivity, as stated earlier. Something perfect cannot be compared, to even the best item, that's why it cannot exist in our world, without causing massive cataclism.

Another note, is that Shelly had basically two choices, to make the ice cream disappear and loose enlightenment, or make herself disapper, and exist in another plane where perfection can exist.

What group offered her the rubber chicken, would be the most likely one to have any knowledge of such an outlandish thing, and is known for conspiracies?

Yeah, only they would be smart enough to know what would happen to her. Why do you think her first step of enlightenment was considering the rubber chickien, and thinking one was enough.

Also, how do you think Ozy ended up with his adopted father.
