I remember that episode...good show.<br><br>Anyway, I think we are, once again, thinking too hard about the comic. It's only a comic. I don't DCS is overly concerned with the stealability of a semi.

That's the perfect distraction for Ozy. He doesn't lie to the trucker at all. In fact, he CAN'T get in trouble because he was telling the truth to the driver the whole time, and you could even say that he was warning him, rather than distracting him. That's 100% Ozy right there.

He was only an accessory while he was confessing what was going on, so I don't really think he could legally be held as an accessory.

Ozy would be considered an accomplice. It doesn't take much involvement to implicate someone in a crime.

Not necessarily, if he can prove that he didn't have enough time to go to the police, warning the driver would be sufficient, since he's the one responsible for the safety of the load anyway.

As far as I can see Ozy is in the clear. Honesty does really pay off. But would he really have needed to distract the driver for those few seconds anyway?
