Canada is too much like America for me to notice when I accidently stumble across the border.

Eh, that depends on which part of the border you stumble across. For example, if you stumble from Detroit to Windsor, you'll notice the bridge or tunnel you used, as well as the customs on each side. Or, you'll find yourself very wet.<br><br>But yeah, a lot of the border is like that.

The US CAnadian border is the longest unarmed border in the world and has been fro quite some time I think Britan and America decided to de-arm that border in 1815 falowign the 1812 war. I cant; think of a longer border anyways so I don;t know if that's sayign much other then it's oen of the longest borders in the world and it's un-armed. I would imagine most Eourpian borders are un-armed nowadays, in fact that most borders are unarmed. The nature of war has sure changed in the past few hundered years but it was inportant in the 1800's to ahve such a logn un-armed border.

At 8,891 km (about 5,500 miles), it's the longest border between 2 countries, period. (Though if you're looking at continuous land borders, the 6,414 km 49th parallel is not enough to hold that title.)
