We can conclude that Ozy has never encountered a "No pants" sign before.

I've heard something like that has been used against a restraunt for a practical joke by a radio company. The guy calling in was in a perkins without any pants on so he could get tickets to something. Kept saying that they couldnt kick him out because there's no rule saying he had to have pants.

It was also used in C&H, tho we never saw Calvin actually leave the house as he planned.

I've always assumed that Millie has a bottomless pocket in her overalls, kinda like Guybrush from the Monkey Island games (Room for a St. Bernard? Sure!) or Mary Poppins' carpetbag.

Or when Kenshin Himura takes out a huge... uh... uhm... what is it called? That big white vegetable that looks kinda like a carrot, except huge? If it's white and carrot-like, then it's probably a turnip, like in Super Mario Bros. 2.

Only now do I realize that Millie's piano might have suffered from a lot of loose fur between the keys.
