One year, for the senior class prank, my school put a bunch of laxitives in the nacho cheese dip.

One of my profs said that when he was a student at my college, the seniors removed the steps on the main stairwell in the student center and turned off the elevator. Noone could get up to the cafeteria! Hehehe.

The steps are stone slabs bolted to MEHTUL supports, basically.
