You know, DooG, I never thought of you as a jerk until now. I was going to forgive you, but you seem to be enjoying this.

I already knew because I read Walking Is Still Honest

Harry Potter sucks...Read something good like Endurance or Touching The Void, both about people that really existed and about things that really happened.
Come on guys. First Rule of Spoilers.

Avoid mass media, including the internet, until you've read the book/seen movie/played the game.

Yeah, that was mean of Doog, but the sheer amount of spoilers I've stumbled upon, some by people who didn't even consider what they were saying spoilers...

Oy.

Of course, the best way of winding up people as far as spoilers are concerned would be things like, several years ago, making it sound like you were going to give a huge spoiler as far as the ending goes for Titanic the day someone's going to see it that night, before revealing that "The ship sinks."

You get your fun out of people who dislike spoilers, and you're not actually being mean

Phew, good job I've already read it. But that was a bit of a mean thing to do.

Incidentally, I feel the funniest spoilers are the ones that aren't true. Like when some of my friends decided, as a joke, to print "FRODO DIES" on T-Shirts and go along to Return of the King.
