Theres people who claim to live on just dirt to eat and water to drink. Also, some pregnant woman instinctively eat dirt for some unknown reason. Or is it sand? I read the last word as having three syllables, cause that's how it is.

You could use "poplar" instead. But then you'd be a tree.
