Thinking about breathing

Kinda funny. Once I started reading this, I started thinking about breathing too.. it's very contagious, like yawning, another thing related to breathing. Good thing you're already conscious about it.

I've actualy had this problem happen before, sometimes a couple days at a time. Its very disconcerting. Although its a great chance to work on some abdominal muscles, i don't think its worth suddenly realizing you've gone about 20 seconds without taking a breath.

It doesn't just apply to breathing...it works the same with walking and stuff, too. Once your brain start to be conscious of its typically subconscious actions...all heck breaks loose.
