Ozy was asking for it that time.

You know, 5hifty is right. Ozy was obviously asking to be picked on by Millie. The reasoning? Who knows? Maybe a cheer-up? Or something more. A controversy indeed.

Also, didn't another member say that they were predicting that Ozy would get shaved?

Ya know...

Ozy walked way too far into this one. Heh.
Although, I do think Ozy's haircut is very punk rock.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

Ozy was being sympathetic seeing as Millie was rather down, he might have thought a good de-furring would cheer her up. His words here seem to point to that because of what he says in the second panel.

Wait a second... DCS made a connection to a strip that came out almost two years ago?! YAY! Maybe this means that the story gets a little bit more thicker, or not.

Ozy often instigates this.

He is an Arctic Fox. This seems to happen in high summer. Could Ozy just be USING Millie as a way to keep cool.

Hehe, awesome strip. That ought to be a boost to Millie's confidence level.

I think he lets her do it because it cheers her up so much. Ozy is quite a friend.
