It just totally reeks with effort.

Okay, there goes another "The Simpsons" quote. But seriously, it still looks like he tries too hard. Poor raccoon kid. Maybe his little brother will straighten him out.

Mediocre in humour but good in insight.

I still like how he looks without that hat. And I'm still awaiting Tim's reaction.

Eh, I think we all knew this was coming. Avery simple cannot be apathetic to coolness. It just can't happen. He has to assert himself somehow.

Hahaha! Now THIS one's a true winner to me.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

...I think I understand... He's trying to be the exact opposite of what he was before. Either he converted to Daoism when we weren't looking (or read a book on it, same difference in his case), or it's mental backlash (not likely, that would require a brain . okay, that was rude of me and I'm sorry.) Or he figured nobody liked him the way he was before. You know the saying,"figure out what not to do, and then do the opposite".

...It doesn't seem to be working, Ave.

Timulty won't bat an eye-lid. The Avery over-doing it to be cool, only made him turn to Ozy for advice.
I bet it'll just stay that way.
