Millie looks like she's going to fall on her tail in panel 3.

Ozy's got the giggles...
I like the fourth panel best. And the whole foot in the air thing is most amusing, in all the panels.
I still think a little Foxfire might do the trick.

You usually
have to take what people say
with a grain of salt.
(or in cases like
mine, a shaker or two may
yield the best result.)

It does appear that way. Man he's laughing very hard. Actually a very good job because what you can see of his face does have the look of someone in complete hysterics. Looks a lot like my usual impression after witnessing some crazy antics by my friends or being tickled...both tend to generate the same face-distorting laughter for me. Very nicely done. Love Ozy's reply. "I like to smell the inside of my hat" Good one Ozy.I'd like to see Ozy's expression there without his hat on his face. it looks like he's laughing so much it's deformed his face :O

"I have a move that's unblockable!" That's especially funny to me because I've been playing some one-on-one SoulCalibur II lately. So, to activate this move, I guess you would, like, point the C pad left and tap Y to activate the arm flailing and hopping, and then repeatedly mash X to kick.
It's even funnier if you misread "unblockable" as "unlockable."

I wonder what he keeps in his hat...?
If I had a top hat, I would definitely keep things in it. I'm not really sure what, though.

Maybe I'd keep tape in it... That might work. Any problem can be solved with duct tape, right?
It just hit me: Ozy could keep those peppers that give him flame-breath in his hat. That might work.

He might reward Ozy for exposing Jeremy to "part of the learning experience." But how?
